  • Baby potatoes600g

  • Olive oil3 tbsp

Heat oven to 200ยฐC. Halve the baby potatoes and pat the chicken dry.

Toss chicken, potatoes, lemon wedges and olive oil on a large tray. Season well.

Roast for 30โ€“35 minutes until the chicken is golden and the potatoes are crisp.
